To secure your appointment, a deposit is required. Your booking is confirmed once the deposit is received.

We understand that life happens, and sometimes plans need to change:

For glam or skincare sessions, deposits are non-refundable if cancelled within one week of the appointment.

For weekend glam sessions, deposits are non-refundable if cancelled within four weeks of the appointment.

Deposits for wedding parties, bridal consultations, gift vouchers, and group bookings are fully non-refundable.

Any changes to the nature of your booking within four weeks of your event or appointment will require payment of at least the original booking amount.

Early start fee of £40 applies where a wedding booking requires me to leave prior to 5:30am. For further a field bridal bookings - over night stays near to your venue can be arranged by prior agreement.

If you need to reschedule your glam or skincare session (non-wedding), we kindly ask for at least 7 days’ notice:

More than 7 days’ notice: your deposit can be transferred to another date.

In the case of a no-show: the deposit is non-refundable.

We recommend arriving on time so you can enjoy your full session. Late arrivals may result in a shorter treatment, but the full appointment fee still applies.

If I am ever unable to fulfil your booking, your deposit will be fully refunded. I will also do my best to help you arrange an alternative therapist through trusted industry contacts so you are looked after.
